Daren’s career spans three distinct perspectives: as an investment practitioner and hedge fund portfolio manager; as a senior institutional equity sales professional working with investment teams across global markets; and as an operator within the independent research industry.

He was CEO of ERIC, the Electronic Research Interchange, and previously held senior roles with Smartkarma, Maybank Kim Eng, CLSA, Macquarie and other leading financial institutions across London, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Today, through Nuavena, he applies that experience to a simple purpose: helping institutional investors identify independent analysts, strategists and investment specialists whose particular expertise may be genuinely relevant to their investment process.
